One of Cambodia’s foremost generalists, Dr. Tho Ly has spent 18 years in medicine and is particularly noted for his surgical practice. A 2002 graduate of Phnom Penh University Medical School, Dr. Tho Ly spent his first year as a doctor in the rural Sothnikum Hospital at Siem Reap, later working in the surgical department at Sihanouk Hospital Centre of Hope for five years.

He practiced a further five years at Kantha Bopha hospital, and then worked another five years at Kienkhleang Hospital as a general surgeon. With this rich experience, he was greatly pleased to join Phnom Penh’s medical team at Raffles Medical Clinic.
